Riverside Park Unison Amphitheatre from 8pm until after midnight, coffee and food available at venue. Entry is free. (Alcohol ban is in place).

Triple J consists of Joel Shadbolt - Guitar/Vocals, Jeremy Harker - Bass Guitar/Vocals and Jason Crawford - Drums/Vocals. Individual highlights include playing in L.A. with top session musicians, supporting Dragon and The Angels, playing New Years Eve in Cathedral Square to around 30,000 people and touring with Luke Thompson. As a band they bring a wealth of experience, energy and fun. Triple J recently played at the Tauranga National Jazz Festival with a full Horn section from the New Zealand school of music which wowed audiences. |

The Bays Hottest Covers Band, Sharmin has been together for nearly 5 years now, wowing crowds with not only their stunning musical talent and musical arrangement but their tight harmonies. Sharmin achieve a great level of sound variation by having all four members either singing lead vocals or harmonies, bringing a multi sound to their ever popular band. Sharmin has performed live to audiences of up to 15,000 and in this time captivated and held a large following. If you like music ranging from "The Eagles" right through to "Living Colour" , "Pearl Jam" and "Metallica" then you will love the solid performance of this band, all with a little twist! |

They have been our partner in this area since we began and have consistently produced dazzling displays always with a few new tricks from the last. The display is launched from a site allowing concert goers the best view in town. |

A dazzling stage performance with machines capable of producing upwards of 4 million volts. They have performed various shows through out New Zealand and Australia, ranging from TV special effects, music festivals and corporate events. The Tesla coil in the Taupo show reaches around 2 million volts, and can produce 2 meter long lightning bolts from the tips of our fingers! Stand back and enjoy the show! |
